A Japanese-styled pub up a Circular Road shophouse with one of the clearest drink lists on the strip — the 1.5L small tower at $43 is a smart mid-size order.
Bottle prices (Martell $189) undercut most KTV rooms by a wide margin, if the point is drinking rather than singing.
