KTV open late in Singapore — every 6am room, priced

Updated

No nightlife KTV we track in Singapore runs 24 hours — the latest closing time is 6am, and every venue open past 4am sits in one district: Orchard. Six venues run to 6am — Supreme KTV and Empire KTV with a dedicated 2am–6am morning session, K Palace and VIP Japanese Karaoke at the lounge end, and two host clubs with dollar minimums from $800 — while Club Lunar goes to 4am. Everywhere else, 3am is the wall: 35 of the 53 venues on our list close then.

A scope note first, because most pages ranking for “KTV open late” answer a different question. They list hourly family karaoke studios, or repeat the claim that “some KTVs open 24 hours on weekends” without naming one. We track nightlife KTVs — rooms priced by a drink minimum, not by the hour — and none of them runs around the clock. All figures below are reference numbers from our venue pages, dated per venue and unverified until a venue confirms them.

Every venue open past 3am, by the numbers

Venue Type Hours Cheapest way in
Supreme KTV KTV 5pm–6am Small room, 1 tower + 1 bottle; minimums $78–$108 by session
Empire KTV KTV 4pm–6am Small room, 2 towers + 1 bottle
K Palace KTV lounge 5pm–6am Small room, 1 bottle; $500 room minimum
VIP Japanese Karaoke KTV lounge 8pm–6am Any room, 1 tower + 1 bottle; towers from $150
De Diamonds Host club 11pm–6am Small room minimum $800
Babyface Host club 11pm–6am Mini room minimum $1,000
Club Lunar Club 4pm–4am Prices not yet tracked

All seven are in Orchard. If your night is running past 3am anywhere else in Singapore, the practical move is a taxi to Orchard Road — there is no late-late option in Bugis, Jalan Besar or Geylang on our list.

How the morning session works

Supreme and Empire don’t simply stay open — they run the 2am–6am window as a separate session, and arriving inside it is the cheapest late-night room on this page. Supreme lists room minimums from $78 to $108 depending on session, with beer towers from $68; its smallest room admits up to three people, so a trio splitting the session minimum pays $26–$36 a head at the floor, before anything beyond the minimum. Empire’s smallest room carries a two-tower-plus-bottle minimum, and its bill lines shift with the clock: the hostess tip line item is $100 on the night session and $150 on the morning session — the one figure on this page that gets more expensive after 2am.

The session boundary matters more than the closing time. A room minimum is a per-session commitment, so a group arriving at 11pm and singing through to 4am at these venues spans two sessions — ask how the venue counts it before you sit down, because our records price the sessions, not the crossover. The full mechanics are in KTV minimum spend, explained.

What the late hours cost, tier by tier

The after-3am market splits into three price bands, and the gaps are wide:

  • KTV morning session — Supreme’s $78–$108 session minimums are the budget route. Empire sits near it, with minimums counted in towers.
  • Lounge — VIP Japanese Karaoke charges the same one-tower-and-bottle minimum for every room from 2 pax to 13, but the tower is $150, roughly double a mainstream KTV’s. K Palace prices in bottles: $500 room minimum, VIP rooms $3,888–$8,888 for groups up to 30.
  • Host club — De Diamonds and Babyface open at 11pm and price by dollar minimum per room: $800–$3,000 at De Diamonds (rooms to 19 pax), $1,000–$5,000 at Babyface, with towers from $108 and $138. These are the highest room floors we track; both serve a largely female clientele.

Split math favours the middle at scale: VIP Japanese Karaoke’s flat minimum on a 13-pax large room is one $150 tower plus a bottle — a smaller per-head floor for a big group than most 3am venues charge, if the group actually fills the room.

If you can end by 3am, don’t pay the late premium

The whole value map opens up before 3am. The cheapest rooms we track — $78 one-tower entry at Iconic, Gala and New Lisbo, $40 towers at Ume and B12 — all close at 3am, and none of the 6am venues appears on that list. The late venues also skew expensive at the drinks line: the cheapest tower past 3am is Supreme’s $68, against $40 at the early-closing value venues. Starting earlier is cheaper twice over, because happy hour cuts the same bills again before 9pm.

Treat every number here as reference until a venue confirms it — hours move, and morning sessions in particular come and go. Each venue page carries the date we last checked. If a venue quotes you different hours or a different floor, tell us and we’ll correct it.
