Our take
City Plaza's nightlife KTV runs bigger rooms than most — the VIP fits twenty, which puts it in rare company east of town.
Minimums start higher than the Jalan Besar rooms (two towers and a bottle for the small room), so it suits groups who came to spend the evening.
