Our take
A Geylang shophouse KTV between Lorong 23 and 25, registered since 1994 and a short walk from Aljunied station. The night runs in two sessions — 5pm to 9pm and 9:30pm to 2:30am — and room minimums are counted in towers and bottles, from one tower for a two-pax room up to 8 towers and 4 bottles for the 10-pax VIP.
Pricing is simpler than the Orchard rooms: no service charge, no GST, and hostess tips are a flat $50 per session on the bill. Listings pitch it as a budget room, with bookings starting from $233.
